Senior Consultant - Resilient Economies

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Resilient Economies team in Rotterdam. You’ll play a key role in leading strategic projects and driving business development in areas including Green Transition, Trade, Private Sector Development, Digital Transition and Entrepreneurship. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact work across the EU and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver technical assistance, evaluations, and studies in trade and private sector development
- Manage project teams and ensure high-quality delivery
- Drive business development through proposal writing and strategic positioning
- Build partnerships and expand our network of experts and collaborators
You will bring
- At least 6 years of experience working on topics related to the areas for the Resilient Economies team.
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with EU institutions or international donors
- Proficiency in research methods and data analysis tools (e.g., R, STATA, SQL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
