What you will be doing 

As a Junior Digital Communications Manager, you will collaborate with colleagues, partners, subcontractors, and associates across Europe to:

• Deliver Ecorys' communication services for national, EU27, and international markets.
• Contribute to work winning efforts through proposal development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing day-to-day support for existing and new communication assignments, involving:

-Contributing to the development and execution of digital communication campaigns, including social media strategies and the creation of engaging content.

-Staying updated on the latest trends and platforms to ensure innovative content presentation.

-Collaborating with internal teams, partners, and external experts throughout the production process.

• Writing, proofreading, and editing various digital content such as social media posts, adverts, newsletters, online content and email communications.
• Setting up and managing social media and online advertising accounts and campaigns, including testing, monitoring, optimization, and reporting on performance.
• Assisting in the proposal process to win new contracts by contributing valuable insights and expertise.
• Collaborating with colleagues from Ecorys' Operating Companies, partners, and subcontractors to leverage resources and expertise effectively.

What we will need from you

Essential

• Graduate level education or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English (C2 level, written and spoken).
• Experience using digital tools and social media for engagement.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Organizational and coordination abilities.
• Autonomy, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office and social media platforms.

Desirable

• Interest in EU policies.
• Hands-on experience in digital communications and project management.
• Business development and proposal preparation experience.
• Knowledge of EU languages.
