The Role

We are seeking experienced consultants to lead and contribute to high-impact projects across various transport modes, including shipping, rail, road, or aviation. The ideal candidate will combine rigorous analytical skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable policy recommendations.​

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Develop policy analyses and strategic recommendations for public sector clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and NGOs.
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client relationship management.​

You will bring

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in transport policy, infrastructure, or mobility consultancy.
• Strong background in policy advisory, with expertise in at least one transport mode.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports.
• Fluency in UK-English; additional EU languages are an asset.​
